Leighton University Library offers numerous services to the Leighton community, and includes a large collection of over 300,000 ebooks, and more. Through our online research databases, we also provide access to thousands of ejournals, audio and visual resources. The library also offers reference and instruction services to students, faculty, and staff to assist in the development of information literacy skills.


Research Help

Library staff are ready to provide basic research assistance at all times the Library is open. The Librarians are available for in-depth assistance:

Virtual sessions with librarians are encouraged. The Library does not offer face-to-face sessions.

Research Help and Consultation: Start with the Ask a Librarian page for Zoom appointments and open office hour schedules. In the event the chat service is offline, forward your question via email, and we will reply as soon as we are able. The email address is [email protected].

Library Instruction: Contact the Library via chat, e-mail, or Zoom (by appointment) for consultation on integrating digital sources into courses on Populi LMS platform, to schedule a Library instruction session and to plan library assignments. The University Library staff may also be offering virtual office hours via Zoom.
